Refund Policy

How it works

If you are not happy with the MolQuill desktop app for any reason, email purchase@molquill.com within 30 days of your purchase and you will be refunded in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you will not be asked to justify it.

Refunds are returned to the payment method you used. Paddle, who processes the payment, handles the return, and it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

The full amount

You get back everything you paid, including any sales tax or VAT that was added at checkout. Nothing is deducted for processing fees.

Before you buy

The browser version is free and has every feature, so you can draw with the whole program for as long as you like before paying anything. The desktop app adds native file handling and offline use. Trying the free version first is the best way to know whether the desktop app is worth it to you.
